The CEC Skills USA students represented Monmouth County Vocational School in a statewide cook-off held at Caesar’s Atlantic City. The Cook-off was one of the final events of the NJAC Annual Conference on Friday, May 12th with attendees including approximately 400 county freeholders, other county officials and vendors.
The students created a menu, cooked the item and designed an appropriate display. The dish that they created was:
